Our Professional Valuation Standards:
1. Our Certified Business Valuations exceed the requirements of Australian Accounting & Professional Ethical Standard APES 225.
2. For Expert Witness Report guidance we have regard to APS 11 Statement of Forensic Accounting Standards and the related Guidance Note GN2 – Forensic Accounting as published jointly by the ICA & CPA Accounting Associations.
3. For Forensic Investigation and general Expert Witness reports, we acknowledge that we have read UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 – SCHEDULE 7, Expert witness code of conduct and ‘Code of Conduct – Expert Witnesses (part 28, rule 9C and Part 28A, rule 2)’ and agree to be bound by those rules.
4. For Family Court matters, we acknowledge that we have read and understood Divisions 15.5.4, 15.5.5 and 15.5.6 of The Family Court Rules: 2004 and have / will use our best endeavours to comply with them.
